Spirit: A Celebration of Art in the Heartland, 2008

AUCTION PREVIEW RECEPTION

Meet the artists, preview live auction works and be the first to purchase art using our “No Haggle, No Hassle” price option at the Auction Preview Reception to be held on the evening of Friday, April 4th at the Museum of Nebraska Art.


GALA DINNER AND ART AUCTION

Join us for the Silent Auction followed by a Gala Dinner and Live Art Auction to be held on the evening of Saturday, April 5th at the Museum of Nebraska Art.


PATRON WEEKEND PACKAGE

Make a week-end of it. Join us for both of these exciting events and much more.
The Patron Weekend Package - Admission to the Auction Preview Reception on Friday, April 4th and the Silent Auction and Gala Dinner and Art Auction on Saturday, April 5th along with optional activities throughout the day on Saturday, April 5th are all included in the The Patron Weekend Package.

The price is $250 per person for The Patron Weekend Package. Those who are from outside of Kearney and who intend to stay over night are encouraged to make hotel reservations early, as hotels fill quickly in the spring. SILENT AUCTION and GALA DINNER AND ART AUCTION

Over 130 artworks from some of the most exciting artists with Nebraska connections working today will be featured and sold at the Silent Auction and Gala Dinner and Art Auction to be held on Saturday, April 5.

The price is $90 for MONA Members and $110 for non-members and includes a Silent Auction featuring over 100 artworks in media ranging from prints, to original oil paintings, to bronze and ceramic sculpture and subjects ranging from traditional Western to contemporary abstract work. Enjoy a wonderful dinner served in served in our improved “pavilion” style tent. The evening culminates with a Live Auction of approximately 30 artworks by some of the most exciting Nebraska artists working, today.

If you are unable to attend the event, you are able to place an absentee bid. If you are the successful bidder you will be notified one day after the auction.
